How to Book

Here’s how to go about booking your training with DogWise.

We have a number of booking options available to you, please go to our ‘Form – Training’ page for details …

Payment options – Cheque – Postal Order – Credit/Debit Card – Bank Transfer  
Cheques and Postal Orders can be made payable to DogWise. 
We accept Credit/Debit Card payments over the phone and on site.
For Bank transfer, please contact us for account details or see our Booking form above.

 

Postponed / cancelled appointments.

Appointments postponed at least 24 hours in advance may carry the deposit forward. Appointments cancelled or postponed less than 24 hours before appointed time will not be refunded or carried forward.  Exceptions will be made in adverse weather conditions.

Level 2 Obedience or Agility.

Please phone, text or email to let us know you will be attending, deposits are not required for these classes.

CLASS RULES
While participating in our classes we ask you to adhere to the following rules:-All dogs attending classes must have their vaccinations up to date, including Kennel Cough vaccination. Please bring your vaccination card with you to your first training session. All dogs are to be kept under control and on the lead at all times unless under the direct instruction of one of the trainers.  Please do not allow your dog to infringe on another’s space (not all dogs are happy to be approached by others).Dogs which are legally required to, must wear a muzzle/head-collar at all times, unless under the direct instruction of one of the trainers. Please make sure your dog relieves itself before coming into the hall. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of it in the bin. We operate a No Smoking policy during the classes, this is both in the dogs and other peoples interest. No bitches in season. Whilst every effort will be made to avoid any incident, you are responsible for your personal safety and we would ask that due care is taken throughout the time that you are on site.
